Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before departure time.

48–72 Hours Before: 50% refund of the total booking price.

Less Than 48 Hours: No refund. Full charge applies.

No-Show: If you do not arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before departure, subject to vehicle and route availability.

All cancellations must be submitted via email to bookings@leojdmtour.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
